To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to applications@ontariofishingpermits.com with your full name, application details, and the reason for the refund request.
  • Ensure that your request is sent before your application has been submitted to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry.
  • We will process your refund request and notify you of the outcome via email.

4. Processing refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, as per the payment processor’s policies.
